Managing an Enterprise Analytics Platform
Currently, I serve as a Product Owner for an enterprise analytics platform within the logistics industry. Our goal is to deliver actionable data insights that support operational decision-making and help reduce costs.
Key components of this initiative include:
Aggregating data from five distinct source systems
Developing real-time Power BI reports using vessel sensor data
Building a live, dynamic dataset to support budgeting and forecasting
This analytics platform enables our client to make informed, real-time decisions with confidence.
Design Management
In addition to my Product Owner responsibilities, I collaborate closely with an external design team. I help assign and prioritize work, ensure strong collaboration, and maintain a high standard of design quality across deliverables.
Leading a Design Special Interest Group
I also lead a design-focused special interest group within the organization. Open to all employees, this group fosters an inclusive and collaborative space for skill development. I plan and facilitate design activities that help participants strengthen their skills in areas such as Figma, design principles, human-centered design, and user experience (UX).
These sessions provide hands-on learning opportunities for developers and other team members who want to build design expertise and expand their skill sets.
