Managing Enterprise Analytics Platform
Currently, I serve as a Product Owner for an enterprise analytics platform initiative within the logistics industry. Our primary objective is to provide our clients with valuable data insights to assist in driving operational management and reduce cost.
Our work encompasses several pivotal aspects, including:
Aggregating data from five diverse source systems
Creating real-time Power BI reports from sensors on vessels
Building a live and dynamic data set for budgeting
The data analytics platform we've built empowers our client to make real-time, informed decisions!
Design Management
In additional to my product owner role on the Enterprise Analytics Platform project, I play a crucial role in collaborating with our external design team. My responsibilities include assigning tasks, ensuring the team works cohesively, and managing the quality of their design work.
Leading a Design Special Interest Group
I also have the privilege of leading a special interest group dedicated to design within the organization. This group is open to all employees, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment for skill development. I curate and organize a variety of design activities aimed at empowering our team members to enhance their proficiency design tools, such as Figma, design principles, human-centered design, and user experience (UX) methodologies.
