Video Editing & Motion Graphic Design For Headstorm

To support onboarding and introduce new hires to the company’s leadership and history, I edited an interview-style video featuring CEO Lawrence King. Using Adobe Premiere Pro for the primary edit and After Effects for motion graphics and visual enhancements, I helped shape a polished, engaging piece that brought clarity and narrative flow to the CEO’s story.

The Challenge

The original interview footage needed to be transformed into a concise, engaging narrative for new hires. The challenge was shaping a clear story from a longer-form conversation, maintaining authenticity while improving pacing, clarity, and visual polish for an internal onboarding audience.

The Outcome

I edited the interview using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, refining pacing and incorporating motion graphics to create a cohesive, polished onboarding video that clearly introduced leadership perspective and company history.
